We are currently seeking a professionally qualified teacher to join us as an Implementation Coordinator at u-xplore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of u-xplore interactive in schools and contact with Local Authorities.

The role will include:

Identifying key contacts, organising and scheduling school implementation visits.

Delivering training sessions and school visits to implement u-xplore interactive successfully, to time and to budget.

Developing school-specific implementation plans with department heads, subject heads and senior management to ensure maximum usage of u-xplore interactive across all areas of the school curriculum.

Account managing the relationship with schools and with Local Authority contacts through calls, mailings and visits.

Monitoring, identifying and targeting schools needing more implementation support.

Liaising with the u-xplore sales team on advising second year renewal contracts and further business development opportunities.

Creating user accounts, access codes and welcome packs for school and LA contacts.

Carrying out presentations and activities for pupils, staff and parents as required.

Monitoring school uptake and usage, and working with the u-xplore marketing team to develop cost-effective approaches for raising awareness as required.

Liaising with the content and product team to advise development.

Liaising with the u-xplore Learning Resources department on ideas for teaching resources to support product implementation.

Contributing to the u-xplore product review and development process.

Contributing to, and where appropriate, organising and leading u-xplore reference groups as required.

• High level of literacy
• A good understanding of a school’s curriculum
• Computer literate
• Clean UK driving licence

Desirable

• Confident / outgoing nature
• Post Graduate Certificate of Education
• At least a year’s teaching experience
• Good knowledge of vocational qualifications
